What we never collect
No name, phone number, or email address. There is no account. Regular runs are never sent to a server.
What stays in this browser
Which of today's problems you have solved is written to this browser's storage. It never leaves the device and it disappears when you clear the browser's storage.
Compete runs
Runs you start with Compete on are the one exception. For those, the start and end time, whether all five were solved, and whether you opened an answer go to the shared leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com). Where you placed stones is not sent.
That service sets a cookie (rk_k) to recognize this browser. Names show only if you create an account; see that service's privacy policy. With Compete off, nothing is sent.
What we count
Whether the page was reached, whether a first move was played, whether a problem was solved, whether all five were finished, and whether print was pressed.
What leaves this page is the step name, the date, the page language, and a referral label saying where the visit came from. No clock time is sent, only the date.
Which problem it was and where you clicked are never sent. We do not read IP addresses, browser details, or cookies. The leaderboard cookie for Compete runs is covered above.
What passes through the edge
This site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects a visit logging script into our pages by itself. We did not add it, so the browser is instructed to refuse it, and that record never leaves.
The tag is still inserted upstream, and it seems better that you know. No cookie is used.
Advertising
When advertising is switched on, Google AdSense fills the slot and may use cookies in doing so. Ads appear only after the result and the explanation. If you see no advertising on this page, it has not been switched on yet.

겨루기를 켜고 시작한 판만 예외입니다. 그 판은 시작과 끝 시각, 다섯 문제를 다 풀었는지, 정답 보기를 눌렀는지가 공용 순위 서비스(ranks.gwirae.com)로 갑니다. 어느 자리에 두었는지는 보내지 않습니다.
그 서비스가 이 브라우저를 알아보는 쿠키(rk_k)를 둡니다. 이름은 계정을 만든 사람만 붙고, 자세한 것은 그 서비스의 처리방침에 있습니다. 겨루기를 끄면 아무것도 가지 않습니다.
우리가 세는 것
화면에 도착했는지, 첫 수를 두었는지, 정답을 맞혔는지, 다섯을 다 풀었는지, 인쇄를 눌렀는지를 셉니다.
서버로 나가는 것은 그 단계 이름 하나와 날짜, 화면 언어, 그리고 어디서 들어왔는지를 가리키는 유입 라벨뿐입니다. 시각은 싣지 않고 날짜까지만 남습니다.
어느 문제인지, 판의 어디를 눌렀는지는 보내지 않습니다. IP 주소와 브라우저 정보와 쿠키를 읽지 않습니다. 겨루기 판의 순위 쿠키는 위 절에 따로 적었습니다.
앞단을 거쳐 가는 것
이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열립니다. 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 우리 페이지에 스스로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 두었고, 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다.
다만 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어서, 무슨 일이 일어나는지 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적어 둡니다. 이 앱 주소는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 순위에 기록을 올리면 순위 서비스(ranks.gwirae.com)가 기기를 알아보는 쿠키 두 개(rk_k, rk_s)를 씁니다. 자세한 것은 순위 서비스 방침(ranks.gwirae.com/privacy)에 있습니다.

광고를 켜면 구글 애드센스가 그 자리에 광고를 싣고, 그 과정에서 구글이 쿠키를 쓸 수 있습니다. 광고는 결과와 해설 화면 뒤에만 나옵니다. 지금 이 화면에 광고가 안 보이면 아직 켜지지 않은 것입니다.
